DELIVERY
We offer free delivery for orders over €50.00 within the Republic of Ireland. Orders under €50.00 are subject to a handling and shipping fee of €6.00.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery is expected within 1-2 working days within Ireland.
Deliveries are made on Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays, and are fulfilled via DPD.
DPD delivery process – the DPD driver will take an image of every successful delivery which will be sent to you automatically via email with the relevant GPS location.
Pre-order products will have varying delivery timelines, these will be highlighted on the website and included in the order confirmation.
For deliveries outside of Ireland the price quoted in the cart is per box and not per order. Our customer service team will contact you via email or phone, alternatively, you can contact via phone, or email.
RETURNS POLICY :
At Giggle Baby, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something is not quite right, we are here to help. If you change your mind or are not happy with your order, you may return it to us within 60 days for a full refund of exchange.
Unless faulty, all items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging with your receipt. Goods must be in a re-saleable condition and both the item and its packaging must be unused.
If a discount is provided for a package deal a corresponding discount will be deducted from any item returned.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was utilized during the initial purchase.
RETURNS POLICY EXCLUSIONS:
We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for the following goods if they have been opened or removed from their packaging. This is due to hygiene concerns: mattresses, pillows, bed linen, and items with a tamper-proof seal. However, all our products are covered for faults under your warranty.
